INFORMED THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE OF THE COMPLAINT THAT WAS FILED WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
COMPLAINT INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED ALONGSIDE THE FACILITY'S ROUTINE INSPECTION (SEE "ORIGINAL INPSECTION" DATED 2/22/2023). DURING THE INSPECTION, NO LIVE PESTS WERE FOUND. THIS FACILITY DOES HAVE A PEST CONTROL MANAGEMENT AGENCY THAT SERVICES THE RESTAURANT AND BAIT STATIONS WERE OBSERVED WITHIN THE FACILITY. A REVIEW OF THE PEST CONTROL INSPECTION REPORTS CONFIRMS THAT PEST CONTROL ACTIONS ARE BEING TAKEN AND NO ISSUES WERE NOTED. THIS FACILITY HAS SCHEDULED A FULL INSPECTION FROM THEIR PEST CONTROL AGENCY ON FEBRUARY 24, 2023. |
